BEDINGUNGEN VON VERKAUF

In order to confirm your room reservation, you will be asked a credit card number to guarantee your stay. You may cancel without penalty up until 48 hours before arrival. In case of no show, one night will be debited to your credit card. All started stay can’t be refundable. (In case of early departure from the hotel, due to force major, minor or personal reasons).

1 ROOM

ART 1 Arrival: the rooms are available from 14pm, the day you arrive.

ART 2 Departure:  Rooms must be released no later than 11am the day of departure. After this time you will be debited of one extra night, unless prior agreement with the reception. If, when you leave, degradations are noticed, they will be billed as stated in Art 3 of this Rules.

ART 3 Rate of degradations:  Your financial responsibility will be engaged. Bed comforter 60€   carpet: 150 € (in case of stains or burns)    towels: 30€    Key lost: 30€    If very dirty room after your departure: 30€ or   strong smell of tobacco: 30€

ART 4: For your safety and well-being of all, it is strictly forbidden to:  smoke in the rooms, stairs, elevators, dining room,   prepare and eat meals in the rooms receive visits in the rooms.

2 ELEVATORS

ART 5 An elevator is available to access the different floors, be careful to not let your children use it alone.

3 PETS Pets are welcome in our establishment. However they will not be left alone in the room (excluding breakfast time) and must be leashed when you leave the room. In case of problems, the customer will incur liability for his pet. (No cleaning if your dog is alone in the room)

4 BREAKFASTS Breakfast is served in the dining room from 7:30am to 11am  Room service from 9 am with 4€ supplement per breakfast.

5 NUISANCES AND DISORDER

ART6 Silence in the hotel is asked to all our customers from 22 pm to 7 am.  . When a resident causes disorder or nuisance to other residents or violating the integrity of the facilities, it can be terminated immediately and without compensation for his time, without prejudice to compensation claims that the hotel and the third could OPAL argue against him. The same would be applying if the hotel OPAL noticed an abusing occupation of the rooms.
